In the inspiring setting of the École de cirque de Québec, FLIP Fabrique and the Foundation of the École de cirque de Québec officially launched the very first edition of the FLIP Fabrique Scholarship, a new support program aimed at encouraging emerging circus artists. Évelyne Jobin and Chiara Gauvin are the First Recipients of the FLIP Fabrique Scholarship!
Created to recognize the dedication, discipline, and artistic potential of students in circus arts, this annual scholarship supports two students from the École de cirque de Québec both financially and professionally. Each recipient receives a $1,000 scholarship and personalized support including mentorship, professional networking opportunities, and specialized workshops offered by FLIP Fabrique.
For this first edition, the two second-year students who stood out for their talent, commitment, and passion are:
● Évelyne Jobin – Lyra, hand to hand & trampwall
● Chiara Gauvin – Cyr wheel & hula hoop
The recipients were chosen through a rigorous selection process based on their performance in the November shows, academic records, and overall involvement within the school.
FLIP Fabrique and the Foundation have already announced that first-year students will be eligible to apply in fall for the 2026 edition of the FLIP Fabrique Scholarship.
