The popular summer show Féria l’attraction will feature this year an abandoned amusement park directly coming out of a dreamlike chiaroscuro.
The show, directed by Martin Genest, will be performed at the Place Jean-Béliveau for the first time. The place located on the Expocité site, is bordered by Le Grand Marché and the Videotron Center. The artists will impersonate intrepid youngsters who will succumb to the temptation of the adventure and the excitement to discover this new playground by a show of bold feats!
The Place Jean-Béliveau allow to welcome more spectators than ever before with 2000 seated spots and more than 3000 standing ones. A total of 15 acrobats are going to let their enthusiasm win over heights and danger with a sensational display of nine circus disciplines, such as fire archery, balance on chairs and the setting of an outstanding tramp-wall. The whole team is accompanied by the music of the Groenland band, which is played live on stage.
The performances of this free circus show offered by the City of Québec will last 55 minutes, in the evening between July 16 and September 1, from Tuesday to Sunday.
